By using the Bajiwin website or mobile app, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. This document constitutes a legally binding agreement between Bajiwin and the member.

• Each individual may only register one account — multiple accounts from the same mobile number or device are not permitted.

• Members are solely responsible for keeping their passwords secure.

Providing false information during registration, or being found to have submitted inaccurate details at any point, may result in account termination and forfeiture of funds. If any of your details change, please notify our support team promptly.

Bajiwin accepts deposits through a variety of convenient methods. All transactions are processed securely via SSL encryption.

Deposits cannot be made using third-party cards or accounts. Funds must come from a legitimate source, and Bajiwin reserves the right to request proof of the source at any time.

Bajiwin is known for fast and reliable withdrawals. Please review the following before making a withdrawal request.

General Withdrawal Conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• KYC verification must be completed on your account before submitting a withdrawal request.
• A specified wagering requirement must be completed before any bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals must be made through the same method used for the deposit — alternative methods are not permitted.
• The maximum daily withdrawal limit is ৳1,00,000 BDT (higher limits apply for VIP members).

If any suspicious activity is detected, Bajiwin may temporarily hold a withdrawal request pending review. This process is carried out in the interest of the member.

Bajiwin's bonus offers are designed to enhance the experience for our members. However, each bonus comes with specific terms — it is not free money, but a conditional benefit.

General Bonus Rules:

• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once (unless otherwise stated).
• Bonus amounts cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be fulfilled first.
• If wagering requirements are not met before the expiry date, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Bonus validity periods are generally 7 to 30 days, varying by offer.
• Claiming a bonus more than once from the same account will be treated as fraud.

General Betting Rules:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled (Live Betting excepted).
• If a bet is voided due to a technical error, the original stake will be refunded in full.
• Official results are considered final for Sports Betting.
• Bajiwin reserves the right to withhold payments if suspicious betting patterns are detected.
• Any abnormal payouts resulting from a technical error in a game will be voided.

Bajiwin is committed to maintaining a fair and secure gaming environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure.

List of Prohibited Activities:

• Multiple Accounts: A single individual opening multiple accounts.
• Bots / Automated Software: Using automated software to play games or place bets.
• Fraudulent Bonus Claims: Attempting to claim bonuses by circumventing terms and conditions.
• Money Laundering: Using Bajiwin to launder illicit funds.
• Game Manipulation: Colluding with other players to manipulate outcomes.
• Hacking: Unauthorized access to Bajiwin's systems, games, or another member's account.
• Minor's Account: Opening or operating an account while under the age of 18.

Bajiwin reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account under the following circumstances.

• Violation of the Terms & Conditions.
• Where fraudulent activity is suspected.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or provision of incorrect information.
• Extended inactivity (more than 12 months).
• The member requests self-exclusion.

Members may close their account at any time by contacting our support team. Please withdraw any remaining balance before account closure. Accounts are typically closed within 48 hours of the request being submitted.

Inactive accounts may be charged a maintenance fee of ৳100 per month after 12 months of inactivity — fees will stop once the balance reaches zero.

Bajiwin treats the protection of your personal information as a top priority. We never sell your data to third parties.

The information we collect includes your name, mobile number, payment details, and gaming activity. This data is used solely for service improvement and security purposes.

Bajiwin protects all data with 256-bit SSL encryption. In the event of a server data breach, members will be notified within 72 hours.

• Betting Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly betting limits.
• Deposit Limit: Set a maximum deposit limit for a defined time period.

• Self-Exclusion: Self-exclude from your account for anywhere between 6 months and permanently.
• Reality Check: Receive periodic reminders about your play time and spending.

If you encounter any issue or dispute, please contact our support team first. We are able to resolve most matters within 24 hours.

Dispute Resolution Steps:

1. Initial Complaint: Submit a complaint via support chat or at support@bajiwin.ws.
2. Verification: Our team will review the matter within 48 hours.
3. Resolution: Results will be communicated via email — if not accepted, the next step will follow.
4. Escalation: You may request a review at the management level.

Bajiwin's decisions are considered final — however, members who remain unsatisfied may seek independent mediation. Bajiwin will never accept unreasonable claims, but all legitimate claims will always be given due consideration.

Bajiwin reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be informed of any changes via app notification or email prior to the update taking effect.

For major changes, at least 7 days' notice will be given in advance. Minor updates (such as spelling corrections or clarifications) may take effect immediately.

Continued use of Bajiwin after updated terms take effect will be considered your acceptance of those terms. If you do not wish to be bound by the revised terms, you may close your account and withdraw your balance.
